Return Policy 
A necessary condition for the return of products is to have in your possession the relevant purchase document that proves the transaction (eg, Retail Receipt, Sales Invoice / Shipping Receipt, etc.).In any remote contract the consumer has the right to withdraw unjustifiably within fourteen (14) calendar days, if no longer deadline has been agreed, returning the good to its original condition, without incurring any costs other than return costs (art. 4, par. 10 L. 2251/1994).
The consumer who wishes to withdraw exercises this right by notifying GARDENPARTS.GR of this fact in writing. For your convenience it is recommended that you send a withdrawal document via e-mail.
The right to withdraw from the contract, in any other case, is provided and regulated in the Civil Code (PD 456/1984) and is legally exercised by the buyer in the cases provided for in article 535 of the Civil Code, which are the following:

  • does not correspond to the description given by the seller or to the sample or template that the seller had presented to the buyer
  • is not suitable for the purpose of this contract and in particular for the specific use intended for that purpose,
  • is not suitable for the intended use of items of the same category
  • does not have the quality or performance that the buyer reasonably expects from items of the same category, taking into account the public statements of the seller, the producer or his agent, in particular in the context of the relevant advertising or labeling, unless the seller did not know nor did he have to know the relevant statement.
In any case of withdrawal, the consumer must return the products within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of receipt. The products must be returned in the condition received by the consumer, complete, without damage and in their packaging, accompanied by all documents and original purchase documents.
In parallel with the right of withdrawal, the consumer may alternatively demand the correction or replacement of the products for the reasons set out above (art. 535 of the Civil Code), unless such an action is impossible or requires disproportionate costs. In this case the consumer returns the products in the manner described in the previous paragraph.
In case the return does not take place within the above period or does not meet any of the requirements, GARDENPARTS.GR may not accept the withdrawal, correction or replacement.
If the above legal procedure is followed and the return of the product is accepted, the consumer, if he withdrew from the sale and does not want the product to be replaced, will receive a credit corresponding to the value of the product within a legal deadline. Similarly, in case of product return, if the consumer wishes to be replaced, he will receive an email with which he can place a new order or simply replace the product he returns.
If the purchase was made with a credit / debit card, the transaction will be canceled and the corresponding update (credit) of the consumer's account will be made, within 30 calendar days.

PROCEDURE & WAYS OF RETURNING PRODUCTS
1) In our physical store:
You can visit our store where our staff will check the condition of the product and will serve you. If you wish to replace the product or change the product with another one, it is recommended that you contact our store in advance to confirm the availability of the new product.
2) Product sending:
You can send us the product following the procedure below:
First you pack the products in the box in which you received your order. Inside the package you place a document in which you inform us how you wish to resolve the financial backlog, if the product is deemed capable of return, or the new product you want to send you, in case of replacement / change and finally send the parcel , through the courier agency from which you received your order, for the attention of the Returns Department.

In case of legal withdrawal of the consumer within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days, the return of the products becomes the care and expense of the consumer, who is charged with the packaging and shipping costs.

1) If you place your order on our website or place your order by phone, during hours outside the hours 09:00 - 17:00 on days (Monday - Friday), it is possible to cancel it: a) by post-order e-mail at info@gardenparts.gr, if it is sent and received by GARDENPARTS.GR before 9:00 a.m. of the next working day b) with information of GARDENPARTS.GR, at tel. 210 9270080, if the products have NOT been delivered for shipment.
2) In any other case you can cancel your order by phone at 210 9270080, by e-mail at info@gardenparts.gr or by visiting our store, if the products have NOT been delivered for shipment. For your best service, know the number of your order.

Remarks
GARDENPARTS.GR reserves the right to cancel or legally amend its return policy by posting the relevant new terms and conditions on its website. 
In case of repeated returns by the consumer, GARDENPARTS.GR, reserves the right to refuse to accept product return, due to abuse of the right of withdrawal or replacement of our products, even if the above terms and conditions are met (art. 281 of the Civil Code).
If the above legal procedure is not followed or the legal conditions for the return of the product are not met, then it will be returned to the consumer, who will be charged with the packaging and shipping costs.
